Bayen Group is proud to announce the successful launch of the Saalex AI Management System (SAIMS), a cutting-edge platform designed to support Saalex Corporation, a leading government contractor, in delivering innovative solutions to its federal clients. This milestone is the result of a close partnership and collaborative effort, as Bayen Group worked hand-in-hand with Saalex throughout the project from discovery to deployment.

Saalex is comprised of over 1,200 employees and is known for delivering innovative solutions to federal clients. Their work spans a range of federal initiatives and includes Test Range Operations and Management Services, Wargaming, and Software Development and Engineering for the United States Navy, Army, and Air Force.

By deeply engaging with Saalex at every stage of the development process, Bayen Group ensured that the AI Management System was tailored to meet the unique needs of a federal contractor. Bayen Group worked with Saalex to develop a detailed plan for AI Orchestration that included examining their existing workplace; determining what real-world problems and processes the AI Management Systems could address and improve; assessing the data sources the system would leverage; and deciding how the system would be implemented successfully. Implementing this plan required a cultural shift throughout Saalex. Experts in Adoption and Change Management, Bayen Group were well-suited to lead this transformation.

The heart of this system is Bayen Group’s AI Orchestration which unites new AI Agents with existing cost-package agents and additional Large Language Models (LMM) that Saalex utilizes. This unification enables real-time performance metrics, automated workflows, self-service analytics and more. SAIMS functions on both the public cloud and the high-side which adheres to public sector compliance requirements (CMMC level-2). By not depending on a single Large Language Model (LLM), SAIMS remains flexible and is capable of integrating with any LLM as they become available or are phased out. SAIMS streamlines operations, enhances data-driven decision-making, and enables Saalex to deliver scalable, secure, and agile solutions for their government partners.
