ABOUT THE ROLE
The Analyst (AI, Business, Data) is an early-career role designed for college hires and interns who want to build a career at the intersection of AI, data, and technology consulting.

This role serves as the connective “glue” between business stakeholders, data, and technical teams. Analysts help understand business needs, analyze processes and data, and translate requirements into clear documentation and AI-enabled solutions. The role intentionally combines hands-on client work with structured technical training and certification preparation. No prior consulting or AI experience is required — training and mentorship are provided.

Interns and college hires gain hands-on experience, structured training, and mentorship that prepare them for long-term growth in AI- and data-driven roles.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
As an Analyst (AI, Business, Data), you will combine hands-on project work with structured technical training to build a strong foundation in AI, data, and modern business technology.

• Participate in formal technical training and certification preparation, including:
  • MS-900 (Microsoft 365 Fundamentals) to understand modern workplace, cloud, and security concepts
  • PL-900 (Power Platform Fundamentals) to learn data modeling, automation, and low-code app development
• Copilot Studio training to gain exposure to AI copilots, agents, and conversational solutions
• Apply your training directly to real client projects, supporting AI- and data-enabled solutions
• Assist senior analysts in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and stakeholder requirements
• Help identify business problems, process gaps, and improvement opportunities using data and analysis
• Translate business needs into requirements, use cases, and process flows that support AI, automation, and analytics solutions
• Develop project artifacts such as requirements documents, process maps, wireframes, reports, and user documentation
• Collaborate with project managers and technical leads throughout solution design, development, and deployment
• Perform quality assurance testing and review of deliverables
• Help train end users and support adoption of new tools, systems, and AI-enabled workflows
• Work across multiple projects and industries, gaining exposure to consulting, data analysis, and AI-driven transformation

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed (or equivalent experience for interns/externs)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to plan, organize, and structure work
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (SharePoint experience is a plus)
• Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and a willingness to learn
