The client required a centralized cloud-based platform to manage, track, and correspond with construction and engineering subcontractors. This platform needed to reduce risk, improve accountability, and decrease the amount of time and resources required to manage the subcontracting process.
Solution
Bayen Group developed a dynamic, data-driven system hosted in the cloud, which seamlessly automates and streamlines every stage of the subcontract approval and delivery process. This system includes real-time capabilities that provide up-to-date tracking of subcontractor submissions and reporting on timelines, milestones, and financials. Leveraging the Microsoft 365 Power Platform, the solution incorporates SharePoint Online, Power Automate, and Power BI for enhanced functionality. Additionally, the system integrates Microsoft Cloud and SAP to ensure a comprehensive and efficient subcontract management platform.
