Bayen Group partnered with a professional services delivery organization to provide a SharePoint forms migration tailored to their client’s business needs. We conducted assessment and planning, migration and support to migrate their environments, forms and workflows from InfoPath and SharePoint 2013 to Power Apps and Power Automate on SharePoint 2019.

As a prime contractor, they realized additional resources and expertise were required in order to ensure successful delivery; as such, Bayen Group was engaged as a subcontractor with expertise in workflow optimization, specifically with SharePoint, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
Business Need
The company required a process automation workflow migration from SharePoint 2013 with InfoPath and Nintex forms and workflows to SharePoint Online, Power Apps, and Power Automate. This migration aimed to eliminate the need for expensive third-party systems that required extensive user training, support, and costly licensing, and to consolidate all workflows into one streamlined, intuitive low/no code solution to ensure ease of use.
Solution
In collaboration with the client, we identified their needs and assessed their current forms and system, determining the project's scope, cost, and timeline. We conducted a comprehensive audit of the existing Nintex configuration and developed a detailed technical plan to migrate the workflow automations.
In two weeks, we migrated 19 Nintex and InfoPath forms and workflows to SharePoint Online using Power Apps and Power Automate. We developed new data collection sources, identified essential form information, mapped forms and workflows, and created new database schemas to meet the client's requirements.
We thoroughly tested both new and existing tools to guarantee quality and functionality. Finally, we provided extensive post-migration support to ensure the longevity of the solutions, managing troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arose.
