OUR SHAREPOINT INTEGRATION PROCESS 

At every step of the way, you’ll work closely with our Engagement Team to keep the focus on your business goals and needs while we identify and handle the technical challenges to meet them behind the scenes. Our process follows six steps: 

  1. Envisioningdefine overall business goals, produce requirements, and create a wireframe to demo the solution. 
  2. Planning: identify the systems, integrations, and technical challenges to be addressed in achieving the defined business goals. 
  3. Developing: agile development occurs based on weekly sprints and progress updates to allow constant collaboration. 
  4. Stabilizing: provide quality assurance and client beta testing to ensure the end result is user friendly and meets all needs.  
  5. Deploying: launch the final product and assist with onboarding all stakeholders. 
  6. Sustaining: continue to assist with onboarding, troubleshooting, and support as needed.

Enterprise Risk & Action Item Management System

The client identified a need for an Integrated Risk Management (IRM) system that enables simplification, automation and integration of strategic, operational and program risk management across their organization. The IRM not only provides insight to watch items, issues and risks, but also their relationships and overall impact across projects, programs, department and teams. An added feature is the ability to assign, track and measure associated action items to ensure all items have an owner as the item is monitored and/or mitigated. The system is built on the SharePoint and Microsoft 365 platform.
