I am passionate about helping organizations improve their processes and enhance their internal communication and employee engagement. Outside of being a Business Analyst, I am driven by the opportunity to be a part of my children’s journey in experiencing the world. Throughout my career, I have worked in organizational change management, process optimization, organizational information management, and adoption of communication technologies. My background allows me to lead equity, diversity, and inclusion programs and projects beyond theory and deploy strategies that will play a significant role in their success. I have worked on a variety of projects ranging from staff development to facility operations. I leverage my background in marketing to help understand the needs of the population and design programs around those needs. Programs that I have designed, built, and deployed have built-in quality improvement measures that allow for a continuous and comprehensive evaluation. I graduated from California State University, San Bernardino with a Master’s in Business Administration – Go Coyotes! I continuously invest in my professional development and hold certifications in: Project Management Professional (PMP), SCRUM Master (SMC), and Office 365 Fundamentals (MS-900).
