The team atmosphere at SileoTech encourages all employees to work together, challenge each other, and most importantly enjoy what we do every day. My team at Sileo Tech has become like a second family to me, and I truly enjoy working with them every day. I am truly grateful for the opportunity to work with a group of people who have the same work ethic, values, and respect for our clients and each other as I do.
I am passionate about helping people solve problems. It is exciting for me to sit down with our clients, understand their day to day business processes and problems, and then help deliver a solution that will make their jobs easier. The best part of my job is being able to see my clients become more efficient and productive by using the tools we deliver. I love getting to experience a little piece of so many different companies and industries through my relationship with our clients.
Outside of work, I love to cook. I am happiest when I am in my kitchen creating something delicious. I especially love the challenge of taking traditional recipes and giving them a healthy, plant-based twist. For me, there is nothing more enjoyable than to provide the people I love most with a meal that they will love to eat over and over again.
I have worked in the consulting world for seven years and am currently working as a Business Analyst at SileoTech. My project experience covers a wide-range of solutions such as simple form automation, company Intranet and Extranet sites, custom process-automation tools, and large-scale public facing websites. I also have experience managing a team that provided on-call support for more than 20 different custom applications. I earned a bachelor’s degree in Communications with emphasis on Interpersonal and Organizational communication from Michigan State University.
