What made me decide to work for Sileo is the office atmosphere. I was impressed with the culture of positivity. The management actively encourages employees to update their skills with the latest technology to be able to cater to clients’ needs. The collaborative nature of the staff ensures that everyone has access to the resources necessary to be up to date with the latest trends within the industry. Overall, working for Sileo has a positive impact on an individual’s career.
What gets me up in the morning is the ability to contribute to the team’s efforts on a project. Working on projects allows me to grow in my field of work and collaborate with teammates to fulfill requirements. The satisfaction expressed by the clients when handed their product reflects well on the team and makes me feel good to be a part of that team. Outside of work, I have recently developed an interest in traveling. I have been to a few places in North America, but I dream of traveling to the best tourist traps in the world.
I graduated from California State University: Long Beach where I studied Computer Science. I got into the technology consulting industry after my internship where I worked on projects built on the SharePoint platform and maintained existing client applications for medium businesses to corporations for years.
