I was interested in working at SileoTech because of the family culture. Everyone encourages everyone to be their best in everything they do, and if anyone is struggling, you can always count on someone to step in and help. I am passionate about finding solutions to problems. I love being able to help our office run smoothly and create a great work environment for our team. Outside of work, I love spending time with my grandchildren, watching them grow and learn is the best. I have always enjoyed cooking. Creating a meal to enjoy with my family is truly one of my favorite things. Travel is a big part of my life — I enjoy seeing new places and learning about other cultures.
I have spent most of my career as a business owner. The company I previously owned provides restoration services to homeowners in Michigan who have experienced fires, floods, and natural disasters. I specialized in business development and marketing. In addition to my regular responsibilities as an owner, I also grew the business, attended conferences to establish new clients and partners, and oversaw the marketing activities. My favorite thing about my job was helping people and making sure they were taken care of, so I’m thankful that I get to take that experience with me into this role with SileoTech.
