“I was very happy to be asked to work with this group of individuals. I feel that every day they show up with their game faces on, ready to do the best job that they can for their clients and their staff. That to me puts Sileo Tech above our competition.”

The quality of work that the SileoTech managing partners ask of from their staff is equal to the quality of service that we provide to our clients.  The management is encouraging and supportive while expecting the best work out of us.  This allows us to provide the best service across the board to our clients.  SileoTech doesn’t “cut corners;” we all understand that we are here to do our best every day.

The team culture is extremely important to the overall productivity of SileoTech. We all feel that we succeed together and go the extra mile for our team and our clients because quality is important to all of us.  The managing partners always take the time to support and help us do our best.  Sometimes we have a good laugh too! SileoTech has one of the best working environments that I have ever encountered.

I love numbers and really see the whole world as numbers, so I suppose that’s what makes me good at my job of Accounting.  I love balancing to the penny, nothing short of that will do.

When I am not working, you can find me on a sailboat.  I love sailing and hope to do a lot more of it in the future.  I volunteer for City2Sea, a non-profit that brings inner city kids to the ocean to learn about marine science. I also work with the Los Angeles Assistance League in providing prom dresses for homeless girls.

I am a certified Quickbooks Professional and have previously worked for Bank of America as an auditor, and I also hold a California real estate license.
